Terms & Conditions
This “Terms & Conditions" Agreement for www.abhihomestay.in, is in effect as of April 10, 2025.
Reservation Policy
- The reservation will only be confirmed once 100% payment is made by the user in advance. The payment can be made by:
- Cash/ Bank Transfer/ UPI - PhonePay, PayTm, GooglePay.
- Pets are not allowed inside the Abhi Home Stay.
- Once the booking is confirmed, it cannot be transferred to anyone.
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings can only be canceled when the client intimates about the same at least 7 days before the check-in date. 20% of the total booking amount will be imposed as the cancelation charge.
- Bookings made within 7 days can not be canceled.
- No refund shall be granted in case of a no-show.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be given if the cancelation is made in writing to the company 10 days before the check-in date.
- Cancelation charges of 20% will be deducted from the total booking amount and remain will be refunded.
- Refunds might take up to 7 days.
- The refund amount will be paid via UPI or Bank Transfer in the favor of the person who made the booking.
Rescheduling Policy
- Guests can reschedule their booking to any date 3 months from the booking date. This will also be subject to availability. To reschedule the booking, the client must intimate in writing at least 10 days prior the check-in date.
- If the rescheduled date lies in the peak season, the client has to pay the difference between the original amount and the booking amount.
- The tariffs may change according to seasons.
Check in/out Time
- Check-in 01:30 PM and Check-out 12:30 PM
Identity Proof
- To complete the formalities, visitors are required to show one of their original ID proofs which may include a PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Driving License (for Indians), or passport (for foreigners).
